Gregory Stark is the older brother of Tony Stark, he started his own company at the age of 20 and five years later when his Father died, he was shocked to learn he was not left the Family Company, he has since grew a hatred for his younger brother. He has finally created his own Powered Suit thanks in part due to Lex Luthor providing a few key components. He decides to Lead the New Avengers in helping the United States bring in Rogue Mutants and disloyal Super-Humans

Hawkeye is able to fire six arrows faster than the average human can fire six bullets. Whether or not this is a skill or some low-level superpower is unknown. Hawkeye is apparently a normal human male with extremely high combat skills. His weapon of choice is a bow that can shoot arrows through even strong body armor. He is capable of firing volleys of dozens of arrows quickly with this bow. Hawkeye is also apparently a master of improvised weapons.Hawkeye's eyes have been mechanically enhanced, giving him near perfect aim. The origin of Brunnhilde the Valkyrie was a mystery. Her parentage was unknown. She claimed she was not "just an Asgardian" and to have served something older than Asgard, but what she meant by this statement is as yet unknown.

Brunnhilde was selected by Odin, monarch of the gods of the other-dimensional realm of Asgard, to lead the Valkyrior, the Choosers of the Slain, a group of warrior goddesses who would appear over the battlefields of mortal worshipers of the Asgardian gods and choose which of the fallen were worthy to be taken to Valhalla, the land of the honored dead in the dimension of Asgard. Brunnhilde served Asgard capably in this capacity for centuries.

Abner worked for Gregory Stark and they both worked on power suits together, Abner didnt want the pure raw power that Gregory wanted, he wanted something diffrent, so when they were designing their suits, he went for speed while Greg went for strength and defence. Abner along with Gregory couldnt finish their suits till they received the final Componts that Luthro provided for them. Abner's suit is built for speed and his is capable of phasing through solid matter.

The boy who would become Red Arrow was born Roy Harper, Jr.- the son of a forest ranger. Roy states that he "never knew his mother" and in fact does not even know her name. Roy Harper Sr. raised the child on his own for some time. Unfortunately, Roy, Sr. died while saving members of a Navajo reservation during a major fire when his son was barely two years old. The shaman of the reservation, Brave Bow, raised young Harper in gratitude for Roy, Sr.'s sacrifice. Under Brave Bow's care Roy Harper was raised as a traditional Navajo and treated as a member of the 'Tachini' tribe.
